  • HOW DO I SIGN MY DOG UP?
    The best way is to get in touch via our facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/dustydingotraining , however you are welcome to ring, email or contact me via our "CONTACT ME" form.
  • HOW OLD DOES MY DOG NEED TO BE?
    For training, the earlier the better! No need to worry about vaccinations for young puppies as I will come to your home. For pack walks, I like dogs to be at least 10 months old. This is due to the amount of activity we do during the walk, it can be a lot on growing dogs.
  • WHEN CAN MY DOG JOIN A PACK WALK?
    Dogs must be at least ten (10) months old before they join our pack walks. This is due to the nature of our walks, we walk a lot and this can be hard on developing joints, especially for large breed dogs. I also require a meet and greet before your dog joins. To book a meet and greet, get in touch today!
  • WHAT DOES A PACK WALK INVOLVE?
    All pack walks are an hour long walk with a group of up to ten (10) or so dogs. While we walk I will work on leash skills, recall, socialization and more. Each walk I aim to keep the dogs happy and entertained, I want them to enjoy the walk just as much as I do!
  • SHIPPING
    I aim to have all parcels to your door in 3 - 5 working days. All parcels are tracked and you will receive tracking information via email. ​ Please remember once your parcel has been picked up by the courier I have no control over their speed.

    WEST PAW GUARANTEE ​ West Paw and Planet dog toys are covered by a one time replacement guarantee, within 45 days of purchase ​Toys are covered for: damage, if the dog doesn't like the toy, if you need a different toy, a different colour or size We can replace, exchange, or refund In any case we need the physical toy back so we can claim back from our supplier We do not cover shipping expenses ​For refunds we only refund the price paid
  • RETURN / EXCHANGE
    All items must be returned in original condition All items must be in the original packaging ​ Our team will inspect your item and if it is not in a good condition your request will not be actioned and you will be liable for any costs to send the items back to you. You the customer are responsible for your return shipping cost. We will only cover the cost if the item is faulty or if we have sent you the incorrect item. We will refund your shipping cost to you.
