SHIPPING POLICY

I aim to have all parcels to your door in 3 - 5 working days. All parcels are tracked and you will receive tracking information via email.

Please remember once your parcel has been picked up by the courier I have no control over their speed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

WEST PAW GUARRENTEE

West Paw and Planet dog toys are covered by a one time replacement guarantee, within 45 days of purchase
Toys are covered for: damage, if the dog doesn't like the toy, if you need a different toy, a different colour or size

We can replace, exchange, or refund
In any case we need the physical toy back so we can claim back from our supplier
We do not cover shipping expenses
For refunds we only refund the price paid

OTHER ITEMS

All items must be returned in original condition

All items must be in the original packaging

Our team will inspect your item and if it is not in a good condition your request will not be actioned and you will be liable for any costs to send the items back to you.

You the customer are responsible for your return shipping cost. We will only cover the cost if the item is faulty or if we have sent you the incorrect item. We will refund your shipping cost to you.
